Dwight Howard, the most coveted free agent this summer, will be meeting with the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday. The Mavs representatives, who will fly to LA to meet with Howard, will be led by Mark Cuban and Dirk Nowitzki.

The Mavericks will be one of several teams that Dwight will sit down and talk to. While many rumors have said that the big man is leaning towards signing with the Houston Rockets, it has also been said that he is not making a decision before he has had a chance to talk with every team that is interested in his services.

The Mavericks don’t have the most lucrative pitch in terms of putting up a championship contending roster next season, but Nowitzki has said that he will be re-signing for less after next year, which will ultimately allow the Mavericks to add another superstar next summer, even if Dwight was to sign with the team.
