No one really knew as to who would be the first overall pick in this year’s draft, as the Cleveland Cavaliers were exploring the possibility of trading the pick and then considered drafting pretty much every single one of the top 5 prospects.

It’s rare for a draft to be so unpredictable — and not only when it comes to the first overall pick but the lottery as a whole.

In the end the Cavaliers truly dropped the bomb by selecting Anthony Bennett with the first overall pick, something that pretty much no one predicted and no one had on their mock drafts.

However, it has been rumored that, regardless of who the Cavs draft, they might continue shopping the player they pick first overall during the offseason.

Lately, according to various reporters on Twitter, it seems that the Cavs will intend to keep Bennett around, as head coach Mike Brown likes him. Clearly, there are conflicting reports so only time will tell.

What do you think, did the Cavs make the right pick?
