2003 – The Cleveland Cavaliers chose LeBron James with the first overall pick of the 2003 NBA Draft. He went on to be the 2004 Rookie of the Year as well as a nine-time All-Star, four-time MVP, two-time champion and two-time Finals MVP. Other All-Stars drafted that year were Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Josh Howard, Chris Kaman, Dwyane Wade, David West and Mo Williams.
