NBA Trade Rumors – With the NBA draft just around the corner, a lot of rumors will be thrown around the league. The latest is that the Cleveland Cavaliers have interest in Chicago Bulls’ Luol Deng, according to Ric Bucher:

The Cavs apparently have interest in Deng and he certainly would be a terrific role model and leader-by-example for a young squad; the Cavs also have a gaping hole at that position and if they have interest in vying for a playoff spot next season, a rookie out of this draft isn’t going to move them appreciably closer.

At this point it seems unlikely that either the Bulls or the Cavs would be truly willing to go through with a deal. Deng is entering the final year of his $14.3 million contract and with Derrick Rose returning next season, he should continue to be a big part of the Bulls’ championship contending roster.

On the other side, we have the Cavaliers, who naturally have interest in a player like Deng, but have been overvaluing the No. 1 overall pick, which would inevitably be part of a deal like this.
