Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant is still recovering from a torn Achilles and is slowly picking up the pace on his rehab. Despite the misfortune, Bryant has every intention to come back stronger than ever next year and wants at least two more runs at an NBA championship, according to ESPN.

Kobe Bryant set off a mild panic among Los Angeles Lakers fans Friday afternoon when he selected “The Last Chapter” as the slogan that best represents his comeback from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Bryant wants to be “back next season with a vengeance,” the source said. And he wants “two more cracks at it to win seven NBA titles at least.” – via ESPN

It’s quite obvious why seven titles is Kobe’s goal. The comparison to Michael Jordan has always been there, and “His Airness” captured six NBA championships in his illustrious career.

While most NBA fans hope that Kobe can be back and play at a high level after a devastating injury, winning two more championships with the current state of the Lakers seems borderline impossible.
