2007 – With an 83-82 San Antonio Spurs victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, the Spurs won their fourth championship in franchise history. LeBron James scored a team-high 24 points, but it was on 10-of-30 shooting. Manu Ginobili put up a game-high 27 points, and Tim Duncan added a double-double.
