NBA Draft Lottery 2013: Final Results and Picking Order

The draft lottery has finally concluded. Dan Gilbert made the right decision in letting his son, Nick Gilbert, represent the Cleveland Cavaliers at the lottery. For the second time in the last three years, the Cavaliers have landed the top overall pick. In 2011, Cavs used their top pick to draft Kyrie Irving, who has since become one of the better point guards in the NBA.
