2005 – With a 98-96 San Antonio Spurs victory over the Seattle SuperSonics in Game 6 of the second round, the Spurs won the series. Tim Duncan, who hopes to lead the Spurs to win in Game 1 on Sunday against the Grizzlies, had a game-high 26 points. The 2005 Spurs then went on to win the franchise’s third championship in seven years.
