Indiana Pacers 3 – 1 New York Knicks

Time: Thursday, May 16 at 8:00 P.M. ET

TV Network: TNT

At: Madison Square Garden, New York

This is it for the Knicks. They are back home and are in a win-or-go-home (stay home) situation. They have put themselves in a 3-1 hole against a terrific Indiana team and will face a tough challenge as they attempt to avoid elimination Thursday evening.

The Pacers have really had everyone contribute to this 3-1 edge. George Hill dropped 26 points in game 4, following up on Roy Hibbert’s 24-point effort in game 3. However, their offense still has a tendency to collapse every now and again, so look for them to continue relying on their smothering defense.

Players to watch

Indiana Pacers - Indiana’s frontcourt. Roy Hibbert, David West and Paul George all recorded double-digit rebounds in game 4, as the Pacers outbounded the Knicks 54-36. Look for the Pacers to continue dominating on the glass in game 5.

New York Knicks - Jason Kidd is on an eight-game streak of scoring a grand total of zero points. Will that change in game 5?

Prediction: The Pacers will follow the trend of Wednesday’s matchups and finish New York in game 5.
