The Oklahoma City Thunder are one game away from having their championship aspirations postponed to the 2013-14 NBA season. They will host the gritty Memphis Grizzlies at home and will have to win three straight games to survive.
Memphis has looked very promising in this postseason, and received an abundance of All-Defensive votes from around the league. They have strategically broken down the Thunder, completely shutting Kevin Durant out in decisive moments.
Players to watch
Memphis Grizzlies - Zach Randolph dominated against Blake Griffin in the first-round, and has shown much of the same against Serge Ibaka. His physical and aggressive defense paired with his post offense could be huge in this game.
Oklahoma City Thunder- Kevin Martin has been way too inconsistent. Without Russell Westbrook around, Martin will have to have a huge game for the Thunder to survive here.
Prediction: This could really go either way. I don’t see the Thunder winning the series, but I do see Durant refusing to let his team go down like this. OKC to force game 6.
