This series continues to be the most entertaining second-round matchup. Steph Curry summoned all his strength and still managed to help the Warriors to a victory in game 4, despite playing on a bad ankle.
It’s really been a back-and-forth battle between the two teams, and you can’t really count either of them out just yet. Curry and Tony Parker are both struggling with injuries right now, with Steph probably being the one that is more hurt. The Warriors can light up just about anyone, regardless of what building they are playing in, so game 5 should be as exciting as the other games have been.
Players to watch
Golden State Warriors - Harrison Barnes was great in the last game, and with Kawhi Leonard guarding the perimeter, Barnes needs to continue exploiting his size advantage in the post if he has a guard on him.
San Antonio Spurs - Tim Duncan has been solid, but when the Warriors go small he is forced to defend further away from the basket that he’d like to. Timmy needs to continue bringing it offensively, but also make sure he doesn’t get abused when Golden State runs their high pick-and-rolls.
Prediction: It will probably be a very close game with a lot of scoring spurts, but I think San Antonio will come out with a victory in game 5.
