2001 – With a 119-113 Los Angeles Lakers victory over the Sacramento Kings, the Lakers swept the first-round series. It was the fourth of 11 consecutive wins for Los Angeles that postseason. The Lakers entered the final quarter of that contest trailing, but outscored the Kings 39-29 in the last 12 minutes. Kobe Bryant’s game-high 48 points, including 15 in the fourth quarter, led the Lakers to victory.
