On This Date in NBA History: April 20, Danny Granger was born

1983 – Happy 30th birthday to Indiana Pacers small forward Danny Granger (@dgranger33) who unfortunately had his eighth NBA season cut short due to left knee surgery. In 2008-09, he was the league’s Most Improved Player in addition to having his only career All-Star appearance. Granger’s career 3-point and free-throw percentages that rank in the top 100 all-time could have helped the Pacers if he was able to play in the playoffs.
