New Orleans Hornets are looking to fill up the vacancy in the backcourt left by the injured Austin Rivers, and will sign Terrel Harris to a 10-day contract.
Marc Stein, of ESPN, tweeted the following:
With Austin Rivers potentially out for the season after broken hand, I’m told Hornets lining up Terrell Harris for 10-day contract

Rivers is most likely done for the season, so Harris would directly fill Rivers’ role.
The 25-year-old shooting guard played for the Miami Heat last year, and started this season with his former team. He was sent to the D-League and only appeared in 7 games for the NBA champions in 2012-13, playing 4.1 minutes per game. Harris was waived by the Heat in January.
