Kobe Bryant appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and the host took the opportunity to make a joke that got the audience, and even the Black Mamba himself laughing out loud.

When discussing Dennis Rodman and his visit in North Korea, Kimmel referred to the nuclear war that the country is supposedly prepared to declare on USA. He offered Bryant to try to convince the fierce leader of the country to be rational. Here is how the conversation went:

Jimmy Kimmel: Would you go over there and focus on stopping this potential nuclear war that could come over? That seems more important than the game.

Kobe Bryant: Yea, but I’d probably pass.

Jimmy Kimmel: You would pass on that one?

Kobe Bryant: I would probably pass.

Jimmy Kimmel: Oh, for once you’re passing.

Following the well-timed and perfectly executed joke, Bryant and the audience burst into laughter. Kimmel’s jokes might not always be that funny, but he sure got Kobe on this one.
