San Antonio Spurs: Tony Parker Out Four Weeks

Bad news for San Antonio Spurs fans. Tony Parker will miss approximately four weeks due to an ankle sprain suffered against the Sacramento Kings last night.

Tony Parker has led the Spurs all season long, as the veteran team holds the top spot in the Western Conference. The MVP candidate will be sorely missed and the number one seed in the West is now in jeopardy, as the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder are tight on San Antonio’s heels.

The positive news is that Parker should be ready for the playoffs, but Spurs will have to step up big time in order to keep home court advantage throughout the playoffs.
