After the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Dallas Mavericks today and Kobe Bryant put on a show, the Black Mamba tweeted “Amnesty THIS”. The tweet was aimed towards Mavericks’ owner Mark Cuban, who suggested that the Lakers should consider using the amnesty clause on Bryant next season.
Bryant’s comment was met with a lot of support by the twittersphere, who went on to give Mark Cuban grief for his comments. Cuban then went on to retweet a whole bunch of negative and insulting comments aimed at him him, and also shared his concern about today’s children:
Makes you wonder what twitter is all about and it’s future.. No parent is going to et their kids on twitter

Funny how people don’t realize that the tweets don’t say anything about me that I care about.Speak volumes about them.

Nice to know there is a least one team and theirplayers, outside of the Mavs, that listen to everything I say.

And ultimately, the outspoken owner gave Bryant his props for the tweet:
But I do have to give props to @kobebryant for a great tweet. #Welldone.
