2011 – In a three-team trade with the Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves, the New York Knicks acquired Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups and a few other players while the Nuggets received Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Kosta Koufos, Danilo Gallinari and Timofey Mozgov as well as some cash and a couple draft picks. The Timberwolves also took in cash along with Eddy Curry and Anthony Randolph. Both the Nuggets and Knicks could possibly have home court advantage two years after this huge trade that changed the future paths of their franchises.
