The San Antonio Spurs are currently one of many teams in the mix to trade for J.J. Redick. According to Sam Amico of FOX Sports, the Spurs could also make an offer for Daniel Gibson on the Cleveland Cavaliers:
If Spurs’ bid for Redick fails, may settle by making bid for Cavs’ Daniel Gibson at last minute, source says. Would offer 2nd-rd pick.

It is worth noting that the Spurs and Cavs had not been in contact at all and no offer has been made. Still, if the Spurs miss out on Redick, it is plausible that the team will make a last-minute offer for Gibson.
