Portland Trail Blazers are trying to move their starting center J.J. Hickson, but according to Chris Broussard of ESPN, are having no luck:
Portland asking for a 1st round pick for JJ Hickson and finding no takers so far.

The Blazers are trying to build for the future and a first round pick in return for Hickson would be a great deal for the Blazers. We will have to wait and see if the big man gets moved before the deadline.
