The Golden State Warriors have been impressive this season, not only because of the team’s record in a tough Western conference, but also because they have battled through most of the season without Andrew Bogut.
Bogut has only played in 4 games this season, as a result of making a premature comeback from a disguised microfracture surgery. The Warriors’ starting center has been sidelined since early November, but the injury prone big man might be back in the lineup tonight.
According to Marcus Thompson II, of Bay Area News Group, Andrew Bogut will see how he feels during the pregame warmups, but could very well play as early as tonight.
Bogut’s return would be great news for the Warriors, who have gone through a difficult patch lately, winning only 4 of the last 11 games.
Even if the 7-footer does return, his time on the floor will most likely be limited, but if he finds his groove come playoff time, Golden State could make some noise.
