Gasol has struggled thus far this year, averaging just 12 points a game, by far the lowest mark of his career.
Despite his poor numbers to start the season, the Lakers will be happy to have Gasol back. Sitting at 17-21 and looking up at the playoffs, the Lakers need all the help they can get as they try to make a playoff push in the second half of the season.
