The 6’ 3” Gordon will be immediate help for a Hornets team that has struggled mightily this season. Despite landing Anthony Davis with the number 1 overall pick in the 2012 draft, the Hornets have been one of the league’s worst teams this season. Sitting at 6-23, only the Washington Wizards have a worse record.
While this season is probably already lost, if Gordon can return to the player he was before his injury, and Davis grows into the franchise center everyone expects him to be, there may be hope for a bright future in New Orleans.
