The league has just announced that Brooklyn Nets’ Gerald Wallace will join his teammate, Reggie Evans, in the list of players who have been fined for flopping.
After the Nets v Knicks game on Nov. 26, Wallace received his initial warning for this flop:
Wallace’s second warning, which will cost him $5,000, came for exaggerating contact in the Nets v Heat game, on Dec. 1. You can watch that incident here.
Los Angeles Clippers’ veteran guard Chauncey Billups has also received his first warning for violating the anti-flopping rule against the Utah Jazz, on Dec. 3. You can watch Billups’ flop here.
Several players have already received warnings for flopping, but Gerald Wallace and Reggie Evans are currently the only two players to receive financial fines.
