It appears Los Angeles Lakers fans will have to get used to a lot more of Darius Morris and Chris Duhon.

Steve Blake, the team’s back-up point guard, hasn’t played since November 11, and he won’t be coming back any time soon.

After bringing in Steve Nash in the offseason, the Lakers thought the point guard position would be a strong suit for the team. But with both Nash and Blake missing extended periods of time, the team has had to turn to Darius Morris and Chris Duhon. While the two have certainly done their best, it’s a tough spot to put them in. Kobe Bryant, who had harsh words for his teammates after last night’s loss to Orlando, offered his thoughts on Blake’s injury.

Everyone keeps expecting the Lakers to turn their season around, but it hasn’t happened yet. While injuries have certainly played a key part in their disappointing start, this team is too talented to be losing to the likes of Sacramento and Orlando.
