Cleveland Cavaliers Should Not Trade Anderson Varejao

As trade rumors begin to swirl, I hear more and more people talking about trading Anderson Varejao. But have to ask why? What value is there in trading Andy?

In my opinion, it doesnt make sense to trade Andy at this point. He wants to be a Cavalier and plays hard. He also probably means more to the Cavs then he would to another team. Apart from Erden, he is really the only player who can play center. Hollins doesn’t really count because I don’t think hes in the long term plans.

The Cavs need a guy like Andy. He really is a difference maker and this time could suffer without him. Andy has indicated he wants to be a Cavalier for life. I think we should considering making that thought a reality.
