LeBron James has been perhaps the busiest NBA player during this prolonged and torturous lockout, his latest escapade is the beginning of a series of LeBron James clothing outlets called UNKNWN. GQ reported earlier this week: “LeBron has tapped a crew of designers, tastemakers, and hometown friends for a clothing boutique. The nationwide tour of player organised exhibitions has stopped off in Memphis, courtesy of Rudy Gay, and his home fans were not left disappointed. A crowd of around 6,000 turned out to see Rudy Gay finish top scorer with 45 points, including a series of ridunkulous slams. LeBron managed 43 points, Durant must have been frozen out as he scored just 29 points, but the biggest surprise was the appearance of Penny Hardaway who scored 8. Nike have launched their new and rather ironic campaign; ‘Basketball Never Stops’ and have introduced it through perhaps the game’s three most intriguing players right now, LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Dirk Nowitzki.
