There is no doubt in my mind that LeBron James is going to be outstanding night in an night out for the Cleveland Cavaliers because, quite frankly, he’s been outstanding for 77 games so far this season – just to clarify, he missed six games during the regular season because of injury and/or fatigue.  Shaquille O’Neal is going to be Shaqtacular because you cannot game plan around muscle.  He is going to get what he wants on many possessions because he just so happens to be 7 feet-1 inch and better than 320 pounds.  Antawn Jamison has averaged almost 20 [...]

LeBron threatened to unleash a whole new monster on the Bulls this playoff series and, from the looks of Saturday afternoon’s matchup, that monster’s name was Mo Williams.  Of the 96 Cavaliers’ points, Williams either scored or assisted on 40 as he doubled-up in 19 point and 10 assist effort.  He was a solid 8-of-14 from the field and played rather solid defense for most of the afternoon.  If Mo plays like that throughout the entire playoffs, there isn’t a team in the league that can play with the Cavs. Shaquille O’Neal returned to the floor after losing about twenty [...]

Bulls at Cavs – Game 1

This is the moment we have all been waiting for; is it not? Not only do we have a chance to pick up the city’s first title in more than 45 years but we have a chance to do it by going through the loud-mouth Bulls first, possibly followed by the loud(er)-mouth Celtics.  Shaq is back.  LeBron is rested.  Mo’s got his swag back.  And I have Daniel Gibson’s autograph (not sure what that has to do with anything but, hey, I’m excited about it so I thought I’d throw it in).
