I believe if a micro chip with GPS had been planted in a sex offender like John Albert Gardner III he would have thought twice before committing such a horrific crime (again). It makes for a very nice looking page and, due to the complicity of some of the functions, it forces you to use the KISS method-Keep It Stupid Simple. Hope this helps!
