Last night LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers traveled to Minnesota as they picked up their first win of the season by crushing the Timberwolves 104-87. The Cavaliers win against Minnesota avoids them from starting 0-3 for the first time since 2004.
James finished with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists even though LeBron failed to score in the last 17 1/2 minutes of the game. But thanks to good contribution from his teammates, LeBron didn’t really have to score. A solid effort from Mo Williams (20 pts), Zydrunas Ilgauskas (15 pts), Daniel Gibson (14 pts), and Anderson Varejao (13 [...]

Cavs Fall to Raptors 101-91
The Cleveland Cavaliers arrived in Toronto with high hopes of walking away with their first win of the season, it was Chris Bosh and Andrea Bargnani who would later put those hopes to rest.
Bargnani scored 28 points while Chris Bosh tallied up 21 points and 16 rebounds of his own as the Toronto Raptors came away with a victory in their home opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers, 101-91.
LeBron James led the way for the Cavaliers as he recorded his first triple-double (23 pts, 12 asts, 11 rebs) of the season. LeBron’s triple-double is bitter sweet as the Cavaliers open up [...]
After a painful loss in Cleveland’s season opener to the Boston Celtics the Cavaliers look to rebound tonight as they travel to Toronto to play the Raptors.
The Cavaliers have played great against the Raptors in recent years, having a 12-2 record since 2005 and currently hold a 5-game win streak against Toronto. Even though the Cavaliers have had great success against the Raptors, it wouldn’t surprise me if this one stays close.
KEYS TO THE GAME
Take Smart Shots: The Cavs are in need of a better shot selection. I don’t know how many times I was seeing players put up a shot [...]
LeBron says: GET THAT SHIT OUT OF HERE!
The 2009 NBA season started off with a big bang last night as two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference went head to head when the Cavaliers squared off against the Boston Celtics.
Quicken Loans Arena was rockin’ as Cavalier fans watched their team jump to a 21-7 lead midway through the first quarter. Shaquille O’Neal made an early impression as he tallied 6 points and 4 rebounds in the first quarter alone.
For one quarter, the Cavaliers played a beautiful game of basketball. The offense was clicking as players were hitting their shots with ease. The defense was staggering [...]
Just hours away from the Cavaliers season opener against the Boston Celtics, rumors are swirling around Cleveland. A source close to the Cavaliers has hinted that Cleveland may be looking to acquire another guard before the end of the week.
This report comes after a Domestic Violence report was filed on Delonte West over the weekend. The report was filed Saturday after West and his wife got into a dispute at their home.
Sadly, this isn’t West’s first run in with the law this year. As many of you may remember, Delonte West was arrested last month in Maryland for possession of [...]
With only one day left before the Cavaliers are set to begin what is perhaps the most important, yet promising season in Cleveland Cavalier history Delonte West is making headlines once again.
According to WOIO 19 News out of Cleveland, West and his wife got into a reported argument that resulted in the filing of a Domestic Violence Report by Mrs. West.
The argument supposedly started when West tried to take his wife’s wedding ring off. Soon after that, Mrs. West left and headed for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, where she would later file a Domestic Violence report again the NBA veteran.

Tonight LeBron James and the Cavaliers look to revive their everlasting rivalry with the Washington Wizards. After meeting three consecutive years in the playoffs, the Wizards failed to make the post season in 2009 after finishing 19-63.
Though it’s only a pre-season game, the Cavaliers look to learn as much as possible about Washington, as the Cavaliers stuggled against a poor Wizards team in 2009 as the two teams split the season series 2-2.
The Cavaliers are heading into tonights game undefeated and look to improve their record to 4-0 for the pre-season.
The Cavaliers could be without a number of key players [...]
