I like the idea of David Lee but I don’t think that the Cavs will pursue him.

You forgot David Lee, double-double machine, his stats were amazing this season. And maybe combo forward PF/SF Marvin Williams, athletic, good shooter, i dont know about the D, but had health problems, former 2nd round pick, still very young AND Millsap
