Agent Won’t Let Big Ben Retire

One source said there’s no way agent Arn Tellem will allow Cavs forward/center Ben Wallace to walk away from $14 million.
Big Ben is either going to be traded to someone looking to clear cap space for next summer or the Cavs will buyout his contract. I think this is a smart move by Tellem to position his client if the Cavs or another team decide to buyout his contract. If I was Big Ben I wouldn’t walk away from $14 million. I would at least get half. Like Eddie said, “If you had five dollars and had to give someone two-fifty, you’d be upset.”
