Garnett to Play Final Regular Season Game?
Doc Rivers and the Celtics thought they might rest Kevin Garnett until the playoffs start. However, things have changed and they might want him to get one game in before the start of the playoffs. The Cavs will not get to see Garnett this Sunday, but it looks like he will suit up for the Celtics last home and final game of the season against the Wizards. Cleveland traveled to Philadelphia tonight to play the 76ers with the Eastern Conference on the line. The Cavs came away winning a tough battle, 102-92. The Cavs backcourt that led the way again tonight. Mo Williams scored 18, West 11, and Lebron finsihed with 27. Varejao looks to be the starting power forward, while Ben Wallace gave us the physical presence we will need off the bench come playoff time. Cavs Bring Back Jawad Williams
The Cavaliers have decided to bring back Jawad Williams for the remainder of the season after finally getting rid of Eric Snow. The Cleveland native and former Tarheel performed well in the Developmental League by averaging 25+ points per game. He will be eligible to play in the post season, but I still don’t see him getting much playing time. Garabage time will likely be more his role.
