Cavs Set New Franchise Win Record

After beating the Nets for the second time in a week and winning ten straight, the Cavaliers set a new wins record for the franchise with number 58. The Cavs could potentially shatter that record with the remaining games in the season.

With 11 games left in the regular season, the Cavs already have surpassed the club mark of 57 wins shared by the 1988-89 and 1991-92 teams, when Brad Daugherty, Mark Price and Co.

Lebron, as always, was a big part of the win going for 22 points, 11 assists, eight boards. Only thing bad about it was that it left Lebron going another game short of a triple-double. Here was one of those assists:

All of the starters scored in double-digits and the team went 52.9% from three point range. Mo Wiliams and Delonte West continue to improve the importance of their shooting once the playoffs roll around. One thing you will notice in the box score is that the Cavs starters are logging some long minutes. This is a young starting lineup, besides Big Z, as long as they stay healthy they should be fine.
